The rapid growth of technology globally is driven by advances in computer, communication, and network services. The objective of this research is to determine strategic steps taken to accelerate digital transformation and improve public services in the notary sector. The research method is qualitative descriptive. The results of the research indicate that almost all notary services are now electronic. However, for certain services, such as notary registration, which is carried out online, supporting documents must be submitted conventionally. However, currently, notary services have been digitalized to simplify the entire notary process. This is implemented by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, which has digitized all aspects of services through AHU online. The conclusion is that strategic steps are needed to accelerate digital transformation in improving public services in the notary sector. To accelerate digital development in cyber notary, the government, through authorized agencies, must build a centralized electronic system supported by a robust digital infrastructure. For example, the online monthly reporting model in various regions needs to be integrated into a centralized electronic notary system, as is the integration of notary services by AHU Online.
