Journal of Art Culture, Ethnicity, and Language (JACEL) is a peer-reviewed national journal, available online and published two times a year. This statement clarifies the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the act of publishing articles in this journal, including authors, editors-in-chief, editorial board, peer-reviewers and publishers on anwarpublisher.

The publication of articles in the peer-reviewed 

Journal of Art Culture, Ethnicity, and Language (JACEL)  is an important building block in the development of a coherent and respected knowledge network. It is a direct reflection of the quality of the author's work and the institutions that support them. Peer-reviewed articles support and embody the scientific method. Therefore, it is important to agree on the standards of ethical behavior expected of all parties involved in the act of publishing: authors, journal editors, peer reviewers, publishers and the public.

We are committed to ensuring that advertising, reprints, or other commercial revenue do not impact or influence editorial decisions.
